In 1990, a sales subsidiary, Toto Kiki USA, Inc, was established, at which time Toto introduced the 1.6 gallons per flush Toto toilets. In 1991, the Toto industries Lakewood subsidiary was established in Georgia; and in 1996, the headquarters of Toto USA Inc. was finally relocated to Atlanta, Georgia; where they remain today.
1997 saw the launch of a new one piece Toto toilet for residential use, and two products of Toto were awarded the ‘Best Buy’ award by Consumer’s Digest. Toto Ltd. continued to innovate, and 1998 saw the development of the G-Max and the UniFit Rough-in Technology. The third office of Toto ltd. was opened in New York City and Toto became the largest manufacturer of toilets in the whole world.

Bristol: This line of toilets is a classic low profile toilet in a one piece design. These have an elongated front and require a 12 inch rough-in. They feature the Power Gravity system of Toto, which guarantees a powerful and quiet flush every time.- Carlyle: Streamlined one piece toilets with a high profile design. They have a skirted styling with hidden trapway for ease of cleaning. The Carlyle features the G-Max flushing system, and SanaGloss Technology, which is a super smooth, ion barrier glazing that cleans the toilet bowl every time it is flushed.
- Carolina: A one piece design from Toto. These are low profile toilets with an elongated front, and feature the Power Gravity flushing system.
- Carrollton: A line of two piece toilets with a high profile design, featuring the G-Max flushing system.
